dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout možný způsob řešení implementace controllingu ve společnosti INTER ZNOJEMIA Group, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vysvětlena podstata systému controllingu a jeho využití v oblasti hotelnictví. V praktické části je nejprve charakterizována společnost a provedena analýza jejího současného stavu řízení. Na základě této analýzy je poté zpracován projekt zavedení controllingu do systému řízení společnosti. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty přínosy a rizika projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of master thesis is to suggest a possible method of solution for the implementation of controlling system to the company INTER ZNOJEMIA Group, Inc. The thesis is consisted from theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is explained the basis of the controlling system and its application at the hotel. In the practical part is firstly described the company and worked out the analysis of the current management situation. On the basis of this analysis is then made the project of introduction of controlling to corporate management. In the conclusion of thesis are summarized the benefits and risks of the project.	en
