Tato bakalářská práce poskytuje bližší informace o pěstování geneticky modifikovaných (GM) plodin v České republice. V první části je popsána legislativa geneticky modifikovaných organizmů (GMO) a s tím související bezpečnost a rizika GM plodin. Dále je bakalářská práce zaměřena na metody genetických transformací a rozdělení transgenních plodin, její hlavní část je však věnována samotnému pěstování a popisu jednotlivých GM odrůd. Na závěr je rozvedeno pěstování Bt kukuřice, neboť to se stalo v posledních letech pro ČR aktuálním a hlavním tématem. |

This bachelor thesis provides information on the cultivation of GM crops in the Czech Republic. The first part describes the GMO legislation and related safety and risks of GM crops. Furthermore, bachelor thesis is focused on methods of genetic transformation and distribution of transgenic crops, but the main part is devoted to the cultivation of GM crops and description of GM varieties. In conclusion, there is elaborated cultivation of Bt corn because it has became current and main topic for the Czech Republic in recent years. |
