Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Týrané dítě a pomoc pedagoga", je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Zahrnuje teoretická východiska problematiky syndromu CAN, zabývá se českou právní úpravou a možnostmi pomoci týraným dětem. Práce odhaluje také postavení učitele v souvislosti s odhalováním a oznamováním případů týraných dětí. Z výsledků provedeného šetření vyplývá, že nejen v rámci společnosti, ale i mezi pedagogy není dostatečná informovanost o problému týraných a zneužívaných dětí. Práce zahrnuje také nástin projektu, který by mohl částečně osvětlit problém a napomoci zlepšení současné situace. |

This thesis "Abused child and the help of teacher" is divided into five chapters. It includes theoretical premises of the CAN syndrome, Czech law order and possibilities of help for abused children. This thesis also reveals the situation of the teacher in terms of bringig to light and announcing cases of abused children. According to the findings, there is a lack of knowledge about the problem of abused children, both between the society and teachers. The thesis also includes the outline of a project that could help to improve present situation. |
