Cílem této práce je upozornit a přiblížit problematiku vztahů - psychoteroru na pracovišti mezi sociálními pracovníky na městských úřadech a navrhnout opatření pro prevenci a obranu před mobbingem a bossingem. Práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení základních pojmů jako je agresivita, manipulace, stres a konflikt. Tyto pojmy obvykle bývají společným jmenovatelem pro psychoteror. V následujících dvou kapitolách je definován mobbing a bossing a jejich příčiny, fáze, projevy, důsledky. Poslední kapitola teoretické části vymezuje zaměření na cílovou skupi-nu této diplomové práce, a to na sociální pracovníky na městských úřadech. Zároveň je upozorněno na problematiku vztahů sociálních pracovníků mezi kolegy na úřadech. Součástí práce je představení vlastního výzkumného projektu, který je zaměřen na zmapo-vání mobbingu a bossingu mezi sociálními pracovníky městských úřadů, včetně vyhodnocení výzkumu a návrhů opatření. |

The aim of this work is to call attention to, and to focus in on, problems of human relations, specifically psycho-terror between social workers at the workplace in municipal offi-ces. Further it is to propose precautions that enable prevention and defence against mob-bing and bossing. The thesis contains theoretical works based on concepts such as aggressiveness, manipu-lation, stress and conflict. These concepts are usually common factors for psycho-terror. Mobbing, bossing and their stimuli, phases, exhibitions and implications are defined in the following two chapters. The last chapter of theory is focusing on a target group of this diploma thesis social workers in municipal offices. Problems between social workers and other colleagues in municipal offices are also briefly described. An introduction of the research project is part of the thesis. The research project is focusing on a survey of mobbing and bossing between social workers in municipal offices including the interpretation of the research project and the precaution proposals. |
