Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů a jejich řízením ve firmě ABF a.s. Jejím cílem je detailní analýza nákladů z různých úhlů pohledu a zhodnocení současného systému řízení nákladů. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, kde v teoretické části byl proveden rozbor literárních pramenů pojednávajících o nákladech, jejich řízení a také o rozpočetnictví. Praktická část po úvodním představení společnosti je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů firmy, srovnání sledovaných veličin s odvětvím, využití výrobní kapacity a stručný popis postupu při tvorbě rozpočtu, zejména plánování nákladů. |

This bachelor thesis deals with cost analysis and their controlling in the ABF a.s. company. The main aim is a detailed cost analysis from different points of view and the evaluation of a current cost controlling system. The thesis consists of two parts, where the analysis of literary sources treating of costs has been made, their controlling and also budgeting. After an opening introduction of the company, the practical part is aimed to the cost analysis of the company, comparison of the monitored data with the industrial sector, production capacity utilisation and the brief description of a budgeting process, especially cost planning. |
