dc.description.abstract	Obsahom tejto diplomovej práce je problematika zabezpečovania subdodávok v stavebnej firme. Diplomová práca sa skladá z dvoch častí. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá charakteristikou stavebníctva, marketingu a outsourcingu v stavebníctve. Zároveň sa detailne zaoberá zmluvou o dielo. V praktickej časti je uvedená charakteristika firmy, analýza zabezpečovania subdodávok vo firme a zmluvy o dielo medzi firmou a poddodávateľom. V záverečnej časti sú uvedené nedostatky pri výbere subdodávateľov a v zmluve o dielo so subdodávateľom. Následne sú navrhnuté možné riešenia týchto nedostatkov.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The content of this graduation theses is problem of subdelivery assurance for construction company. The graduation theses consists of two parts. Theoretic part deals with characteristics of building industry, marketing and outso-urcing in building industry. This part also deals with contract for work. In practical part is company's characteristics, analysis of subdelivery assurance for company and contract for work between company and subcontractor. In final part are shown minuses of subcontractors selection and contracts for work with subcontractor. Consequently are suggested possible solutions of these negatives.	en
