dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je analyzovat systém odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve firmě PLASTIKA a.s. Cílem této práce je na základě teoretických konceptů a provedené analýzy zhodnotit tento systém a navrhnout možnosti řešení, které by vedly ke zlepšení. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretická a zabývá se obecným výkladem motivace zaměstnanců. Druhá část je praktická a je zaměřena na zhodnocení tohoto systému ve firmě. Pro získání vypovídajících informací byl použit průzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě zjištěných výsledků byly identifikovány problematické oblasti a byla navržena doporučení ke zlepšení současné situace.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the Bachelor thesis is to analyze the remuneration and motivation system of employees in the company PLASTIKA Inc. The goal of this thesis is to assess this system on the basis of theoretical concepts and executed analysis and to suggest possible ways of solution that could lead to its improvement. This Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is theoretical and deals with general presentation of employees' remuneration a motivation. The second one is practical and focuses on assessment of this system in the company. To get the information, there was used a questionnaire survey. There had been found equivocal areas and therefore were sug-gested recommendations for improvement of current situation.	en
