dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou vybrané teoretické přístupy sociologii organizace a byrokracie ve vztahu k Policii České republiky. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů, stručné představení vybraných teorií organizace a popis Policie České republiky s ohledem na tyto teorie. Druhá část je věnována případové studii organizačního článku této organizace, včetně dotazníkového šetření, provedeného za účelem zjištění postoje policistů a občanských zaměstnanců, vykonávajících práci v rámci daného organizačního článku, k některým zjištěným projevům formální organizace a byrokracie.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with selected theoretical approaches to the sociology of an organization and bureaucracy in relation to the Police of the Czech Republic. The first part is focused on the definition of basic terms, brief presentation of the selected theories of organization and on the description of the Police of the Czech Republic with regard to these theories. The second part is devoted to the case study of a detachment of police including a survey carried out to determine the attitude of police officers and civilian employees performing duty within the abovementioned detachement towards some issues of the formal organization and bureaucracy.	en
