Pro svou diplomovou práci jsem si vybrala téma Ochrana lidských práv a svobod. Práci jsem rozdělila do pěti částí. V první části se zmiňuji o pojmu lidských práv, jejich historii, rozdělení základních práv a také jaké jsou prostředky ochrany. Druhá část charakterizuje Listinu základních práv a svobod. Třetí část práce se týká mezinárodně právní ochrany včetně dokumentů, které s ní souvisí. Můj vlastní pohled a názor, pak shrnuji ve čtvrté a páté části mé práce. |

For my thesis I chose the topic of protection of human rights and freedoms. My thesis is divided into five parts. In the first section I focus on the concept of human rights, their his-tory, distribution of basic rights and what are the means of protection. The second part describes the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. The third part is devoted to the protection of international law, including documents related thereto. My own view and opinion, as summarized in the fourth and fifth part of my work. |
