Bakalářská práce ?Kriminalita mladistvých, její příčiny a možnosti prevence? je zaměřena na problematiku kriminality osob ve věku 15-18let, tj. mladistvých. Cílem práce je zjistit a poukázat na příčiny vzniku kriminálního chování mladistvých. Dále práce obsahuje rozbor páchané trestné činnosti zaměřený na nejčastější druhy trestné činnosti páchané mladistvými jak v celé ČR, tak i v územní působnosti Policie Žďár nad Sázavou. Závěrečná část práce uvádí výsledky výzkumu zkoumajícího prevenci kriminality mladistvých, její úspěšnost a možnosti jejího zlepšení v územní působnosti Policie Žďár nad Sázavou. |

The bachelor work ?Juvenile delinquency, its causes and the possibilities for its prevention? is focused on the problem of crimes committed by people at the age of 15 - 18. The aim of the work is to find and point out the causes of criminal behaviour of the juvenile delinquents. Next the work contains analysis of criminal activities concentrated on the most frequent types of these activities committed by the juvenile delinquents in the Czech Republic as well as within the territorial scope of the police Zdar nad Sazavou. The final part of the work includes results of a survey examining prevention of juvenile delinquency itself, its success and possibilities for its improvement within the territorial scope of the police Zdar nad Sazavou. |
