dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je řízení kvality ve výrobním podniku. Tato práce je tvořena ze dvou hlavních částí. První část nazvaná "Teoretická část" se zabývá teoretickým zpracováním, kde je představen pojem kvalita, význam a faktory ovlivňující kvalitu, koncepce managementu a s ním spojený význam v předvýrobních, výrobních a po výrobních etapách a principy kvality. V druhé části nazvané "Praktická část" je popsána analýza systému řízení kvality v podniku spolu s návrhy na zlepšení systému řízení kvality v podniku. V závěru práce jsou popsány další návrhy na zlepšení, a jak prospějí podniku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this work is the quality management in manufacturing companies. This work consists of two main parts. The first part named "The theoretical part" deals with the theoretical processing where is introduced the concept of quality, the importance and the factors affecting the quality management, the concepts and the associated importance of the preproduction, the production and the postproduction stages and quality principles. In the second part, entitled "The practical part" is described the analysis of quality management system in the company along with suggestions for improving the quality management system in the company. At the end are described other suggestions for the improvement and "how to benefit the company".	en
