dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé bakalářské práce je analýza vytváření a komunikace týmů ve společnosti OVB. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části - teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se věnuji shromažďování potřebných informací o vytváření, komunikaci a motivaci týmů. V praktické části se zaměřuji na představení společnosti a její činnosti. Dále se věnuju konkrétní analýze vytváření a komunikace týmů ve společnosti OVB. Z uvedených analýz jsou vyvozené návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení stávajícího systému vytváření a komunikace týmu ve společnosti OVB.	cs

The theoretical part deals with gathering the necessary information about creating, motivating and communication between teams. The practical part is focused on the performance of the company and its activities. Further, I analyze the specific development and communication between teams in OVB. Proposals and recommendation are drawn from the above analysis to improve the current system development and communication within teams on OVB.	en
