Tématem bakalářské práce je podpůrná péče, která v prostředí nemocnice má jiný význam než např. v prostředí ekonomickém. Podpůrnou péči poskytují nezdravotníci. Cílem je podpora pacientů k pozitivnímu myšlení, snížení míry stresu a strachu, zlepšení psychického stavu, možnost smysluplně využít čas v nemocnici, sociální kontakt. Různými aktivitami lze také podporovat zdravotnický personál, např. v boji proti syndromu vyhoření. Herní terapie je jednou z cest jak poskytovat podpůrnou péči na dětských odděleních. Ukazuje se, že pacient, který není ve stresu a negativně naladěn, se lépe hojí, uzdravuje a spolupracuje se zdravotníky. |

The topic of this Bachelor thesis is the supportive care, which has a different significance in a hospital environment than for instance in an economic environment. Supportive care is provided by non-medical personnel. The aim is to support patients to think positively, to decrease fear and stress, to improve psychic state of patients, to provide possibilities to spend time in the hospital meaningfully and social contact. By various activities the hospital personnel can also be supported, for example to fight the burnout syndrom. The play therapy is one way to provide supportive care on children?s wards. It appears that the patient who is not stressed and well disposed, is healing and recovering better and cooperates with the medical personnel. |
