dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací vybraných nástrojů controllingu ve společnosti XYZ, a.s. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část zahrnuje základní poznatky týkající se controllingu a jeho nástrojů. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku podniku, interní a externí analýzu a analýzu současného stavu využívání controllingu ve společnosti. Na základě provedené analýzy společnosti je navržen projekt implementace nástrojů controllingu. V závěru práce je projekt zhodnocen prostřednictvím nákladové a rizikové analýzy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with implementation of selected controlling tools in company XYZ, Inc. The works is divided into two parts. The theoretical part included basic theoretical knowledge about controlling and controlling tools. The practical part contains the characteristic of the company, internal and external analysis and analysis of contemporary state of controlling in company. On the basis of the analysis of company is proposed project of implementation controlling tools. In conclusion of the work is project valuated in cost and risk analysis.	en
