dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná bakalářská práce s názvem "Sociální pedagog-teoretická reflexe a praktické možnosti" se zabývá teoretickým rozpracováním profese sociáního pedagoga. Práce v úvodu pojednává o historických kořenech oboru sociální pedagogika a o současném pojetí této vědní disciplíny. Objasňuje profil absolventa oboru sociální pedagogika. Věnuje se kompetencím sociálního pedagoga a jeho osobnostním předpokladům pro výkon této profese. Poukazuje na široké možnosti jeho uplatnění. Speciálně se zaměřuje na uplatnění sociáního pedagoga ve školním prostředí. V empirické části je užita kvantitativní metoda dotazníku. Byl provedeno průzkumné šetření jehož cílem bylo zjistit názory pedagogických pracovníků na působnost sociálního pedagoga ve školním prostředí a jeho přínos na řešení výchovných problémů a problematiku prevence sociálně patologických jevů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor's thesis entitled "A social pedagogue-theoretical reflections and practical opportunities" deals with theoretical elaboration of the profession of social pedagogue. In the introduction it focuses on historical roots of the field of social pedagogy and on contemporary concept of the field. It depicts a profile of the social pedagogy graduate as well as their competences and personality prerequisites for the profession. It points out wide opportunities for a social pedagogue, expecially in school environment. The empirical part uses the quantitative method of questionnaires; the goal of research was to find out opinions of pedagogical workers concerning the presence of a social pedagogue in scholl environment and his/her cotribution to handling behavioural problems and to prevention of socio-pathological phenomena.	en
