ABSTRAKT Tématem mé bakalářské práce je ?Úroveň znalostí týkajících se rozšířené kardio-pulmonální resuscitace dospělých u nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků?. Teoretická část se zabývá rozšířenou neodkladnou resuscitací. Uvádí historii resuscitace, vývoj dopo-ručení pro rozšířenou kardiopulmonální resuscitaci, základní postupy a pomůcky pro pro-vádění rozšířené kardiopulmonální resuscitace, se zaměřením na nové Guidelines 2010. Je zde zmíněna důležitost terapeutické hypotermie a úloha sestry při poskytování rozšířené resuscitace. V praktické části je popsána metodika práce, zkoumaný vzorek, charakteristika do-tazníku. Všechny data jsou vyhodnocena a přenesena do tabulek a grafů, které uvádí vý-sledky dotazníkového šetření. |

ABSTRACT My bachelor thesis deals with ?The Quality of Knowledge Concerning Adult Advanced Life Support among Paramedical Staff?. The theoretical part concerns advanced resusci-tation procedures. It presents the history of resuscitation, the development of recommen-dation how to provide advanced resuscitation procedures, the principle rules and equip-ment used for advanced resuscitation originated from the Guidelines 2010. There is also stressed the importance of therapeutic hypothermia and the role of a nurse during advan-ced resuscitation. In the practical part I have described the methodology, the research sample and the questi-onnaire. All the gained information are being evaluated and taken into tables and graphs, which ilustrate the outcomes of the inquiries. |
