Hlavním cílem mé práce je zjistit, jaký vztah k profesi mají sociální pracovníci, působící v sociálně terapeutických dílnách ve Zlínském kraji, a které aspekty by tento vztah mohly změnit. V teoretické části charakterizuji osobnost sociálního pracovníka, vlivy, které na něj mohou při práci působit a dále práci v týmu, pracovními procesy, přístupy. V praktické časti, využívám metodu polostrukturovaného rozhovoru k získání potřebných informací, které následně analyzuji. |

My main goal is to find out how to relate to the profession the social workers involved in social therapy workshops in the Zlín Region and which aspects of such a relationship could change. The theoretical part describes the personality of the social worker's influence, which it can operate at work and teamwork, work processes and approaches. In the practical part I use the structured interview method to obtain the necessary information which it subsequently analyzed. |
