dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je uplatnit vybrané metody průmyslového inženýrství ve firmě FERN s.r.o. se sídlem ve Zlíně. Samotná práce je rozdělena do 3 částí. Teoretická část práce ukazuje teoretická hlediska, která jsou východiskem pro zpracování další, analytické části. V analytické části je představena společnost FERN s.r.o., její výrobní program a analýza současného stavu na pracovišti, s upozorněním na nedostatky. V projektové části se tyto nedostatky řeší pomocí implementace vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství - nový layout pracoviště, metoda 5S a vizuální management. V závěru je provedeno vyhodnocení přínosů a rizik spojených s implementací projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this master thesis is to apply selected methods of industrial engineering in FERN Company, based in Zlin. This work is divided into 3 parts. The theoretical part shows the theoretical aspects, which are necessary for the further processing, the analytical part. In the analytical part is introduced FERN Company, their production programme and analysis of current situation in the workplace, pointing to the deficiencies. In the project part solves these deficiencies with the aid of selected methods of industrial engineering - new layout of workplace, method of 5S and visual management. In the end is made evaluation of benefits and risks associated with implementation of project.	en
