Tato závěrečná bakalářská práce se zabývá potřebami ženy těhotné, rodící a šestinedělky z pohledu porodní asistentky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části ? teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se skládá z obecné charakteristiky lidských potřeb a jednotlivých potřeb u ženy těhotné, rodící a šestinedělky, které byly rozděleny do dvou skupin, a to na fyzické a psychické. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu. Celkem bylo vyhodnoceno 102 dotazníků, které vyplňovaly porodní asistentky z Krajské nemocnice Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně, Kroměřížské nemocnice a studentky z Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně, oboru Porodní asistentka. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit vliv věku, vzdělání a praktických zkušeností porodních asistentek na vyhledávání a uspokojování potřeb žen fyziologicky těhotných, rodících a šestinedělek. Dále informovanost porodních asistentek o potřebách ženy těhotné, rodící a šestinedělky, vliv uspokojování potřeb ženy těhotné, rodící a šestinedělky na ošetřovatelskou péči prováděnou porodní asistentkou. |

This final bachelor essay addresses the needs of pregnant woman, woman in labour and puerperia from the midwife?s point of view. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of an introduction, the general characteristics of human needs and individual needs of pregnant woman, woman in labour and puerperia. This part was divided into two groups - physiological and psychological needs. There are results of a questionnaire survey described in the practical part of the essay. Alltogether, there were 102 lists of questions analysed. They were answered by the midwife from the Regional Hospital of Tomas Bata in Zlín, Kroměříž hospital and students of Tomas Bata University in Zlin, midwife branch. The goal was to determine the effect of age, education and practical experience of midwives in the search and physiological needs of pregnant women, woman in labour and puerperia. Also midwives awareness of the needs of pregnant woman, woman in labour and puerperia, the impact of meeting the needs of pregnant women, woman in labour and puerperia in relation with nursing care performed by midwives. |
