Bc. Soňa Pozdanová, název práce: Sociálně právní postavení žadatelů o mezinárodní ochranu v České republice (diplomová práce), Brno 2011, 74 s. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku žadatelů o mezinárodní ochranu a uznaných žadatelů o mezinárodní ochranu (azylantů a osob požívajících doplňkovou ochranu) v oblasti jejich integrace, přístupu k zaměstnání, sociální a zdravotní péči, na vymezení základních pojmů dané problematiky. V praktické části byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru za účelem zjištění a zhodnocení názorů žadatelů o mezinárodní ochranu na jejich postavení na pracovním trhu v České republice. Výzkum byl proveden v Pobytovém azylovém středisku Kostelec nad Orlicí. |

This thesis is focused on applicants for international protection and recognized by the applicants for international protection (refugees and persons enjoying subsidiary protection) in their area of integration, access to employment, social and health care, the definition of basic terms of the issue. In the practical part was conducted using qualitative research interview via semistructured conversation with the view of finding and estimation of the opinions of applicants for international protection of their position in the labor market in the Czech Republic. The research was conducted at a residential shelter center Kostelec nad Orlici. |
