Diplomová práce se zabývá rolí poskytovatele sociálních služeb v životě osoby ohrožené sociálním vyloučením. Východiskem tématu je problém sociálního vyloučení osob v současné společnosti. Teoretická část pojednává o charakteristice a příčinách sociálního vyloučení, o otázkách kvality života, se zaměřením na děti a mládež ohroženou sociálním vyloučením. Současně práce popisuje požadavky a způsob práce poskytovatelů sociálních služeb, který konkretizuje na třech zařízeních. Empirická část prostřednictvím případových studií klientů a interpretací rozhovorů zaměstnanců sociálních služeb podporuje teoretickou část a dává odpověď na výzkumnou otázku: "Jaký názor na roli poskytovatele sociálních služeb mají klienti nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež?" |

This thesis deals with the role of social service providers in the lives of people who risk a social exclusion. The starting theme is the problem of social exclusion of people in contemporary society. The theoretical part discusses the characteristics and causes of social exclusion, quality of life issues, focusing on children and youth at risk of social exclusion. At the same time describes the requirements and method of social work services, which specifies the three facilities. The empirical part through case studies, interviews clients and staff interpretations of social service supports the theoretical part and gives the answer the research question: "What is your opinion on the role of provider of social services to clients in facilities for children and youth?" |
