dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je rovnoprávnost mužů a žen. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. První tři kapitoly jsou zaměřeny teoreticky a mají za úkol vysvětlit základní pojmy genderové problematiky, historický proces zrovnoprávňování mužů a žen, a to včetně kontextu ozbrojených služeb, možností pomoci proti nerovnému zacházení, právní aspekt, pohled Evropské unie a další relevantní záležitosti. Praktická část má své těžiště v dotazníkovém výzkumu, který je zaměřen zejména na otázky vázající se k vnímání nerovnoprávnosti mezi ženami a muži a dále na zjištění jejich příčin a možností nápravy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the theses is the equality between men and women. The theses is divide into five parts. The first three parts are aimed theoretically and their task is to explain the basic consepts of gender problems, historical process of the equality between men and women, which includes a context of army services, possibilities of help against unequal dealing, a law aspect, view of the Europe Union and other relevant issues. The practical part has got the main part in a questionnaire survey, which is especially focused to questions connecting with a perception of unequality between men and women and further to find out their reasons and possibilities of a correction.	en
