dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá problematikou negativních dopadů výkonu vazby a možností jejich eliminace pomocí volnočasových aktivit nabízených obviněným vězeňskou službou. Práce je opřena o analýzu současného stavu a na tomto základě pokládá hypotézy, které se snaží pomocí výzkumu verifikovat. Cílem práce je odhalit rezervy v současné nabídce volnočasových aktivit a navrhnout možná sociálně-pedagogická východiska, která by mohla pomoci tyto rezervy odstranit.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis in concerned with the custody's negative impacts issue and the possibility of its elimination through the use of the leisure activites supplied by prison service to the defendants. The thesis is based on the current situacion analysis and there are determined hypothesys on these principles which are verified through the use of the research. The purpose of this thesis is to detect the reserves in the current offer of the leisure activities and to suggest the feasible social-pedagogica data which could help to supersede these reserves.	en
