Cílem diplomové práce je analýza systému elektronické rizikové analýzy v CS ČR, definování jejího přínosu a návrh možného zefektivnění některých jeho částí pomocí služeb MS SQL Server Integration Services a Reporting Services. Práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá úlohou a kompetencemi Celní správy České republiky. Je zde představena struktura a jednotlivé kompetence ve vztahu k analýze rizik, potažmo k elektronické analýze. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou systému elektronické rizikové analýzy v CS ČR. Historicky mapuje vznik samotného systému, porovnává ho se systémy v zemích EU a popisuje samotný princip ohodnocování rizik.<br> |

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the electronic risk analysis in CS CR, defining its contribution to efficiency and design potential of some of its parts, via MS SQL Server Integration Services and Reporting Services. The work in its theoretical part deals with the role and powers of the customs administration of the Czech Republic. There is also an individual structure and responsibilities of the risk analysis will attempt to electronic analysis. The practical part deals with the analysis of electronic risk analysis in CS CR.
