dc.description.abstract	Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je spracovanie dostupnej odbornej literatúry a legislatívnych dokumentov a analýza súčasných prístupov ku tvorbe plánovacej dokumentácie v oblasti krízového riadenia vybranej obce. Teoretická časť má priblížiť tému krízového riadenia, kde sú opísané jeho najdôležitejšie oblasti. Praktická časť je zameraná na analýzu aktuálneho stavu protipovodňových opatrení obce a jej vodných tokov, ich hodnotenie a pojednávanie o možnom ďalšom vývoji povodňového plánu obce Turček. Rozoberá aktuálne problémy obce v oblasti krízového riadenia s ďalšími aspektmi a navrhuje možné riešenia potenciálnych mimoriadnych situácií vo forme protipovodňových opatrení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The purpose of this dissertation is processing of the available professional literature and legislative documents and also the analysis of the current approaches to the planning documentation production in the sphere of selected municipality's crisis management. The theoretical part is supposed to bring close the theme of crisis management where its most important parts are described. The practical part's intention is to analyze the current state of anti-flooding measures of a municipality and its water flows, also to analyze their evaluation and trails about the further Turček's anti-flooding plan development. It analyses the actual municipality's problem in the crisis management sphere with many other aspects and suggests potential solutions of these potential situations in form of anti-flooding measurements.	en
