Ošetřovatelská dokumentace se stává nedílnou součástí naší zdravotní dokumentace. Je potřeba na ní nahlížet nejen jako na administrativu, ale jako na soubor důležitých informací týkající se našeho celkového stavu, protože to může být právě ona, která dá zdravotníkům správný klíč pro záchranu našeho života. Obsahy těchto dokumentací se drobně liší dle vedení v jednotlivých zařízeních, ale jejich společný účel plní všechny ? orientace pro zdravotníky o naší osobě ze zdravotnického hlediska. Úkolem diplomové práce bude zmapovat tuto oblast v době, kdy do ní přichází v plné síle informační technologie a účast fyzických či právnických osob ve vlastnictví těchto zařízeních je čím dál tím větší. Práce by měla odpovědět na otázku ? ?Jaké mají tyto trendy dopad na bezpečnost osob při stávající legislativě??. Pro účely diplomové práce jsem se zaměřil na bezpečnost klientů využívající služeb domů pečující o seniory. |

Nursing documentation is an integral part of our medical records. You need only look at it as an administration, but as a set of important information regarding our general condition, because it may just be she who gives medical professionals the right key to save our lives. The contents of these documents are slightly different according to the guidance in individual facilities, but their common purpose of fulfilling all - focus on our health for a person from a health standpoint. The task of the thesis is to map this area when it comes into full force in information technology and the participation of natural or legal persons in these facilities is becoming more and more. The work should answer the question - "What are these trends impact on the safety of persons in the existing legislation?". For the purpose of the thesis I focused on the safety of clients using the services of home care for seniors. |
