Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je poukázať na dôležitosť informačnej podpory krízového riadenia pre riešenie mimoriadnej udalosti a pre samotnú prevenciu pred jej možným vznikom. Ďalej práca pojednáva o možnostiach softwarového riešenia modelovania a simulácie úniku nebezpečných chemických látok, ktoré ohrozujú životy, zdravie a majetok obyvateľstva, zvieratá, ako aj životné prostredie. Praktická časť skúma doterajšie využitie informačnej podpory pre modelovanie a simuláciu úniku nebezpečných látok a porovnanie existujúcej dokumentácie s výstupom vlastnej simulácie vybranej situácie vo vybranom objekte, kde následne na to bol do určitej miery optimalizovaný proces krízového riadenia municipality. |

The main aim of this thesis is to show the importance of information support in crisis management in order to deal with an emergency situation and the possibility to prevent its occurrence. In addition, this thesis discusses the possibilities of software solution which involves modeling and simulating the release of dangerous chemicals that threaten lives, health and property of people, animals and the environment. The practical part examines the present use of information support for modeling and simulation of release of the dangerous substances and is compared to the existing documentation with the output of my own simulation in chosen situations within the selected object. Afterwards, the process of crisis management of municipality is optimized to some extent. |
