V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám kompetencemi občanských poradců a snažím se zjistit, které kompetence by pracovníci občanských poraden měli pro výkon tohoto povolání mít, jaká je jejich míra důležitosti. Mimo to bakalářská práce pojednává o poradenství samotném, o sociálním poradenství, o poradenském procesu. Z poznatků teoretické části práce vychází část praktická. V rámci mého výzkumu jsem vytvořila dva dotazníky, provedla nejprve výzkum kvantitativní a poté kvalitativní. Cílem výzkumu bylo vytvořit kompetenční model klíčových kompetencí občanského poradce. Oba dotazníky obsahovaly stejné kompetence, které byly rozděleny do tří oblastí: vědomosti, schopnosti a dovednosti, a osobnostní charakteristiky. |

In my Bachelor's work I have occupied with competence of civil advisory officers. I have emulated to find what advisory board would have been to be compatible for the profession. I endeavour after employee's importance to work as a Civil advisory officer. My Bachelor's work dealts with the meaning of the advisory board, the social consultant service and the contultant process. The finding of theory be aimed at the practice part. In the frame of my research work I have done two of question blanks. First of all I have realized the quantitative and after that the qualitative research. The aim of research have been comleted to qualified model of the key componets for a Civil advisory officer. Both of my question blanks are taken in the same attributios, which are divided into three parts: the knowledge, the abilities, the skills and the personal characteristics. |
