dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá procesem diagnostiky a terapie u klientů s Alzheimerovou demencí. Zahrnuje teoretické poznatky z bio-psycho-sociálních potřeb nemocných s Alzheimerovou demencí ve vztahu k různým fázím onemocnění v rámci klinické praxe. V praktické části byl proveden průzkum, který byl zaměřen na pečující personál u klientů s Alzheimerovou demencí. Šetřením byly zjištěny deficity v oblastech, které splňují potřeby u klientů s Alzheimerovou demencí. Kromě toho byly znalosti zásoby ošetřovatelské terminologie mapovány ve vztahu k definování a určení potřeb pečujícího personálu v různých typech zařízení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the process of diagnosis and therapy for clients with Alzheimer's de-mentia. Includes theoretical knowledge of the bio -psycho - social needs of patients with Alzheimer's disease in relation to different stages of disease in clinical practice. In the practical part of the survey was conducted, which focused on staff caring for clients with Alzheimer's dementia. The investigation identified deficiencies in areas that meet the needs of clients with Alzheimer's dementia. In addition, stocks of knowledge of nursing termino-logy mapped in relation to defining and identifying the needs of a caring staff in different types of equipment.	en
