V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám ochranou práv seniorů s Alzheimerovou chorobou a jinými typy demencí v domově se zvláštním režimem. Uvedenou cílovou skupinu jsem si vybrala z důvodu, že se jedná o jednu z nejohroženějších skupin občanů, které je třeba v jejich životní situaci podpořit a chránit. Současné poskytované sociální služby jsou na dobré úrovni, vyskytuje se však otázka jestli ošetřující personál a samozřejmě i rodina chápe všechna úskalí, která tato nemoc sebou přináší. Zdali dokážou a jsou schopni respektovat všechna práva uživatelů. Práva, která nám všem bez rozdílu náleží, a zachovat tak důstojnost lidské podstaty. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the protection of rights of seniors suffering from the Alzheimer decease and from other types of dementia at a home with the special regime. The mentioned target group was chosen because it is one of the most vulnerable groups of citizens which is needed to be protected and supported in its situation. The social services currently available reach a high standard, nevertheless, a question occurs if carers and relatives understand all the difficulties which are bound with the decease and if they can respect all the rights of clients ? those rights belonging to us all with no exceptions and thus preserving the dignity of the human nature. |
