Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku klientů se zrakovým postižením ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře se základními pojmy vztahujícími se k dané problematice, s klasifikací a charakteristikou osob se zrakovým postižením, včetně zvláštností komunikace. Dále informuje o sdruženích pro zrakově postižené. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které zjišťují povědomí zdravotnického personálu o problematice zrakově postižených, jejich zkušenosti a míru připravenosti pro ošetřování těchto klientů. Dále jsou zpracovány výsledky polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které zjišťují zkušenosti klientů s hospitalizací. Na základě výsledků šetření budou navržena doporučení pro praxi |

The thesis is focused on clients with visual impairments in health care facilities. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on basic concepts related to the topic, classification of patients with visual impairments and introduction of specific ways of communication. It also mentions some associations for visually impaired. The practical part is based on question-form research of medical staff knowledge of the visual impairments, their experiences and qualification for taking care of those clients. On the other hand, experiences of patients are gathered by semi-structured interviews. Based on the outcomes, there will be a practical recommendation taken. |
