dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce objasňuje pojem eutanazie, nahlíží na počátek a vývoj eutanazie v dějinném kontextu a typově ji rozděluje. Přibližuje pohled na eutanazii v České republice i postoj České lékařské komory k této problematice. Popisuje paliativní, hospicovou a domácí péči jako alternativu proti eutanazii, jako možnost zlepšení kvality života v nepříznivé a složité situaci nemocného. V praktické části poukazuje na pozitivní i negativní aspekty v péči o pacienta v jeho vlastním sociálním prostředí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis explains the term euthanasia in regard of the beginning and development of euthanasia in historical context and devides it according to its types. It approximates the aspect of euthanasia in the Czech Republic as well as the attitude of the Czech Medical Chamber to this issue. It describes palliative, hospice and home care as an alternative to euthanasia and as a possible improvement of a life quality in a difficult life situation of the patient. The practical part of the thesis shows positive and negative aspects of care of patients in their own social enviroment.	en
