Bakalářská práce pojednává o současném způsobu života mladistvých, jejich chování, zátěžové situace, prožitá traumata a konflikty, zvýšené osobní a školní problémy a stres. Práce se zabývá nezbytností pedagogického působení na mládež z hlediska této problematiky, hledá příčiny vzniku a četnosti zátěží a návrhy na řešení těchto potíží. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část obsahuje rozdělení pojmů, vývojová stádia mladistvých, identifikace mladistvých a rozdělení jednotlivých zátěží. Další částí práce je empirická neboli výzkumná část. Zde popisuji metody, postup a výsledky výzkumu. Kvalitativním dotazníkem je zjišťována četnost a dynamika zátěže u mladistvých, jak je chování mládeže ovlivněno výchovou, preference určitých hodnot a celkový výchovný styl rodiny. Práce je realizována s cílem rozkrýt specifické aspekty chování mladistvých a z hlediska pedagogického hledá odpovědi, jak pedagogické působení ovlivňuje psychiku jedinců i celé společnosti a jaké jsou možnosti sociální pedagogiky při nápravě tohoto stavu. |

This paper deals with the current lifestyle of the youth, their behaviour, stress situations, traumata and conflicts that the youth have gone trough; furthermore it describes personal and school problems and stress. This work shows the necessity of pedagogical influence on the youth within the issues mentioned above, it seeks for causes and the origin of these issues and their frequency; moreover it concentrates on possible solutions of these problems. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical one includes definitions and a division of the most important terms, then youth development and identity; and in the end a division of particular problems. The practical part depicts methods, procedure and results of the research. The qualitative questionnaire shows the frequency and the dynamics of the cases of the youth under strain; plus it presents as the education influences the behaviour of the youth, the preference of ertain values; and it takes into consideration the overall family lifestyle. The aim of the paper is to reveal specific aspects of the behaviour of the youth. It searches for the answers concerning pedagogical influence on the mentality of an individual and the society. Finally, it demonstrates the social-pedagogical solutions for remedy of possible problems. |
