Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kompetencemi nezaměstnaných osob starších 50 let, které se chtějí vrátit na trh práce a potřebují si doplnit nebo osvojit některé dovednosti, schop-nosti či znalosti. Nalezneme zde obecné pojednání o kompetencích důležitých pro získání zaměstnání, ale také se zaměříme na různé kompetenční modely vybraných autorů. Speci-fický pohled na rozvoj kompetencí v oblasti sociální, osobní i kompetence v oblasti metod nám přinese praktická část této práce, zaměřující se na vlastní hodnocení kompetencí sa-motných účastníků vzdělávacího a motivačního projektu ?Příležitost pro zkušené?, kteří své kompetence hodnotili před vstupem a po absolvování projektu. Cílem kvantitativního výzkumu je zjistit, kterou z oblastí kompetencí respondenti rozvíjeli prostřednictvím účasti v projektu ?Příležitost pro zkušené? nejvýznamněji. |

This thesis deals with the competencies of unemployed people over 50 who want to return to the labor market and need to supply or to acquire some skills, abilities or knowledge. We can find here a general discussion of the competencies which are important for the obtai-ning employment and we also concentrate on different competency models of the chosen authors. The practical part of this work brings us the specific view on the development of the social, personal and in methods competencies. This part is focused on the assessment of these competencies. The participants of educational and motivational project called "Op-portunity for experienced" assessed their own competencies before and after passing the project. The aim of quantitative research is to determine which of areas of competencies were developed the most of all through the respondents? participation in the project "Opportunity for the Experienced". |
