Diplomová práce je tematicky zaměřena na oblast sociálně ? zdravotnické péče o seniory jako jednu z hlavních disciplín moderní gerontologie. Materiál je rozčleněn do sedmi kapitol, které se dále dělí na menší celky a podkapitoly. Teoretická část se věnuje stáří jako společenskému fenoménu, přibližuje proces stárnutí z pohledu involučních změn a nazírá na stáří ze sociologicko-demografického úhlu pohledu v širších souvislostech. Navazující kapitola je krátkým historickým exkurzem do vývoje sociální péče ve střední Evropě. Zbytek teoretické části je věnován charakteristice ústavní péče jako formy pomoci s ohledem na aktuální stav v rezidenčních zařízení pro seniory na území ČR. Empirická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu poskytované péče v příspěvkových rezidenčních zařízeních, určených k poskytování sociálně ? zdravotních služeb seniorům. Kvantitativní výzkum, provedený ve dvou vybraných domech pro seniory,posuzuje subjektivní mínění seniorů o úrovni sociální péče v zařízení, v němž jsou umístěni. Výsledky získané výzkumnou sondou jsou následně generalizovány a poté využity k formulaci návrhů na přijetí opatření ke zlepšení úrovně dosavadní péče. Práci doplňuje statistické vyhodnocení získaných dat ilustrované grafickou přílohou. |

The thesis is thematically focused on the area of socio-health care for the elderly as one of the major disciplines of modern Gerontology. The material is divided into seven chapters, which are further divided into smaller units, and subchapters. The theoretical part is devoted to old age as a social phenomenon, says the aging process from the perspective of involučních changes and around him at the age of sociologicko-demographic point of view in a broader context. The following chapter is a brief historical incursion into the development of social welfare in Central Europe. The rest of the theoretical part is dedicated to the characteristics of institutional care as a form of assistance with regard to the current status in the residential facilities for the elderly in the territory of the Czech republic. The empirical part analyses the current state of care provided in the contribution of residential facilities, intended to provide a socio-health services for seniors. Quantitative research, conducted in two of the homes for the elderly, assesses the subjective opinion of the elderly on the level of social care in a facility, where they are located. The results obtained from research spacecraft are generalized and then used for the formulation of proposals for the adoption of measures to improve the current level of care. The work of the following statistical evaluation of the obtained data are illustrated in a graphic attachment. |
