dc.description.abstract	Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je seznámení s pojmem zdraví, s tím, jak je pojem zdraví chápán. Bakalářská práce se dále zabývá otázkou ?Co je to nemoc?? a popisuje proces nemoci a reakce nemocného člověka na tuto nepříznivou životní situaci. Dalším tématem práce je etika. Práce definuje pojem etika, vyjadřuje její důležitost a hloubku. Neméně podstatné části práce jsou pohled na pacienta ? na člověka, kterého navštívila nemoc, soustředění se na jeho potřeby, na prožívání jeho situace, a také pohled na všeobecnou sestru, která pacienty ošetřuje. Důležitou rolí při ošetřování je komunikace. Práce poukazuje na důležitost a efektivnost komunikace při každodenním kontaktu ošetřovatelského personálu s pacientem. Poslední část práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou dat, která byla kvantitativním šetřením shromážděna ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Dotazníkové šetření zjišťuje, jaký typ pacientů považují všeobecné sestry za ?nechtěný?, jaké dosavadní zkušenosti mají s takto vnímanými pacienty, a jaké reakce jsou nejčastější při jejich ošetřování.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main issue of the bachelor thesis is introduction of the concept of health, as it is understood. The bachelor thesis is further concerned with the question: "What is an illness?" It describes the illness process and an ill person response to this adverse life situation. Another issue of the thesis is ethics. The ethics definition, its importance and depth expression. Not less essential parts are the view of a patient - a person encountered with illness, focus on their needs, their experiencing the situation and also the view of a general nurse, who cares about the patients. Crucial and important role in care is communication. The thesis points at the importance and effectivity of communication at the everyday contact of the nursing team with the patient. The last theoretical part concerns the burn-out syndrom. The practical part of the thesis looks at the analysis of data which were collected in the clinic using a quantitative research. Survey finds what type of patients are considered ?unwanted? by nurses, what experience they have had with such patients so far and what reactions have been the most frequent during their treatment.	en
