dc.description.abstract	Andragogika je vědou o výchově a vzdělávání dospělých lidí. Je také vědou pomáhající dospělým se úspěšně učit a pozitivně ovlivňovat a vytvářet svoji osobnost. S andragogikou se úzce pojí i pojem celoživotní vzdělávání, které je v dnešní době považováno za velice nezbytný proces a je důležitý pro každého jedince ve společnosti. Celoživotní vzdělávání by mělo jedinci poskytovat šanci vzdělávat se ve všech stádiích vlastního rozvoje a to až do úrovně svých možností, které jsou spojené s vlastními zájmy a potřebami. Ve společnosti se dají určit i skupiny se specifickými vzdělávacími zájmy, nebo potřebami. Takové skupiny se označují jako cílové. Cílové skupiny andragogiky se mohou dělit podle mnoha hledisek. Práce se zaměřujeme právě na ty cílové skupiny, které jsou z nějakého důvodu ohroženými skupinami na trhu práce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Andragogy is the science of education and training of adults. It is also a science for helping adults to learn to successfully and positively form and develop their personality. The adult education is closely linked to the concept of lifelong learning, which is nowadays conside-red a very necessary process and is important for every individual in society. Lifelong edu-cation should provide individuals the chance to learn at all stages of their own development and to the level of their capabilities that are associated with their own interests and needs. In the society there can also be specified other groups with specific educational interests or needs. Such groups are referred as target groups. Target groups of adult education can be classified according to many criteria. This paper is aimed at the target groups that are for different reasons vulnerable groups in the labor market.	en
