Bakalářská práce podává přehled o problematice institucionální péče o dítě se zaměřením na dětský domov rodinného typu, komplexně pohlíží na ústavní výchovu, její vliv a dopad na osobnost jedince. Teoretická část se věnuje osobnosti jedince z pohledu třívrstvé teorie mysli, která popisuje její kognitivní, afektivní a konativní složku. Zabývá se charakteristikami prostředí, v němž se jedinec pohybuje a podrobněji nahlíží na dětský domov rodinného typu, jeho specifika, klady a zápory. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem v dětském domově rodinného typu, kde jsou zjišťovány aktuální problémy z pohledu vychovatelů a jejich názory na to, jak prostředí dětského domova působí na dítě, jeho chování, kognici a emoce. Tento výzkum se uskuteční prostřednictvím rozhovorů s výchovnými pracovníky. |

The bachelor's thesis provides an overview of the issue of institutional child care with a focus on family-type children's home, comprehensively looks at institutional education and its influence and impact on personality. The theoretical part deals with an individual's personality in terms of three-layer theory of mind, which describes the cognitive, affective and conative component. It deals with the characteristics of the environment in which the individual moves and looks in more detail at the children's home of family-type, its specific features, pros and cons. The practical part deals with research in family-type children's home, where they are identified current issues from the perspective of educators and their views on how the children's home environment affects a child's behavior, cognition and emotion.
