dc.description.abstract	Ústředním tématem předložené diplomové práce je motivace pro výběr povolání předškolního pedagoga v Uherském Brodě a okolí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První kapitola zpracovává problematiku přípravy předškolního pedagoga, včetně osobnostních předpokladů a zmiňuje také základní dokumentaci ovlivňující předškolní vzdělávání v České republice. Druhá kapitola vychází z profese předškolního pedagoga a přibližuje formy práce, osobnost vychovávaného a jeho vliv na jednání předškolního pedagoga. Třetí kapitola se opírá o základní otázky motivace osobnosti, objasňuje jednotlivé teorie motivace, zejména pak teorii potřeb Abrahama Maslowa. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum zaměřený na zjišťování významu potřeb (dle Maslowovy pyramidy potřeb) pro výběr povolání předškolního pedagoga.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The central topic of the presented diploma thesis is the motivation for choosing the occupation of a pre-school pedagogue in Uherský Brod and its neighbourhood. The thesis deals with the issue of preparation of a pre-school pedagogue including his or her personal qualifications. The thesis focuses on the profession of a pre-school pedagogue and outlines forms of work as well as the personality of an educated person and his or her influence on the behaviour of a pre-school pedagogue. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the basic question of personality motivation and explains the theory of needs by Adraham Maslow. The practical part consists of the research focused on the investigation of the importance of needs (according to Maslow?s hierarchy of needs) when choosing the occupation of a pre-school pedagogue in dependence on the length of pedagogical practice. The research has shown that in case of some of the needs there exist statistically significant differences influenced by the length of pedagogical practice.	en
