Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nákladových kalkulací v současných podmínkách společnosti MITAS, a.s. - výrobní závod Zlín. Úvodní část diplomové práce je věnována vymezení poznatků týkajících se nákladové problematiky, možných variant využívání kalkulací a definování poznatků směřujících k záměru realizace projektového řízení. V analytické části je provedena analýza, identifikace metod využívaných nákladových kalkulací a následně vypracován projekt nového systému nákladových kalkulací s akceptem praktického využití. Závěr diplomové práce definuje zhodnocení projektu a závěrečná opatření pro firmu MITAS, a.s. - výrobní závod Zlín. |

This Master Thesis covers the cost calculation area in current situation of the company MITAS, a.s. - production plant Zlín. The introduction of the thesis includes the definitions of the knowledge relevant to the load problems, possible options of the calculation usage and defines the knowledge which is oriented to the intention of the project steerage realisation. In the analytical part there are the analysis koncept, the identification of the methods of the used cost calculations and subsequently the project elaboration of the new cost calculation system with the acceptance of the practical use. The end of the thesis gives the definition of the project evaluation and concluding measures for the firm MITAS, a.s. - pro-duction plant Zlín. |
