Tématem bakalářské práce je využití prvků bazální stimulace u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá postupným vývojem konceptu bazální stimulace, prvky a důležitosti doteku v životě člověka. Následuje kapitola, která popisuje Alzheimerovu chorobu, její příčiny, rizikové faktory, příznaky, stádia, léčbu a prevenci ve spojitosti s procesem stárnutí. Průzkumná část zjišťuje účinek konceptu bazální stimulace u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Zkoumá možnosti využití zklidňující somatické stimulace u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou z pohledu zdravotnických pracovníků. Zjišťuje informovanost a názor rodinných příslušníků o možnostech bazální stimulace. Na základě výsledků šetření bude vypracován informační materiál pro rodinné příslušníky. |

The theme of the bachelor thesis is the utilization of elements of the basal stimulation in people with Alzheimer?s disease. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the gradual development of the concept of basal stimulation, the elements and importance of touch in human life. The next chapter describes Alzheimer?s disease, its causes, risk factors, symptoms, stages, treatment and prevention in conjuction with the proces of ageing. The survey of the effect of the basal concept detects stimulation for people with Alzheimer?s disease. Exploring the use of soothing somatic stimulation for people with Alzheimer?s disease from the perspective of health profesionals. For information and the views of the members of th family on the possibilities of basal stimulation. On the basis of the results of the investigation will be developed an information manual for family members. |
