Bakalářská práce bude věnována problematice slaďování pracovní kariéry a rodiny. První část bude zacílena na pojem kariéry, jejího dělení i začlenění dle určitých typů osobnosti a postupný etapový vývoj kariéry. Druhá část se zaměří na vymezení základních pojmů, kterými budou rodina, funkce rodiny, pohled na současnou rodinu ze sociologického hlediska a rodinné soužití. Poslední kapitola v teoretické části se bude zabývat pracovní kariérou v určitých cyklech rodiny. Těmito popisovanými cykly budou bezdětná manželství, rodiny s malými dětmi, s dětmi v předškolním věku, dospívajícími dětmi a poslední uvedenou etapou bude období po odchodu dětí z domova. Praktická část bude zaměřena na názory respondentů, které faktory podle nich, vedou ke sloučení zaměstnání a rodinou, např. rovnoměrné rozdělení rolí v domácnosti, výchova dětí, finanční situace, rodičovská dovolená i upřednostňování rodiny před kariérou z pohledu mužů a žen. |

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the issue of career and family coordination. The first part focuses on the key term carrier, its division and inclusion according to personality types and it also focuses on the progressive development of career. The second part deals with key terms definitions as family, function of the family, social view on the family to-day and the family coexistence. The last chapter of the theoretical part discusses working career in different stages of the family development. These stages are: childless marriages, families with small children, families with preschool children, families with teenage chil-dren and the last part deals with the period after the children leave their parents and be-come independent. The practical part focuses on the respondents' opinions about the factors that influence the interconnection of the career and family, e.g. division of roles in the household, chil-dren education, financial situation, parental leave and the priority of career or family ac-cording to men and women. |
