dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je obeznámit se s užší oblastí motivování zaměstnanců. V teoretické části se budeme zabývat hlavními charakteristikami motivace zaměstnanců v podniku. Dále rozvineme zdroje motivace, hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců a celkový, motivačního systém. V praktické části charakterizujeme firmu OHL ŽS, a.s. a její motivační program. Představení a vyhodnocení výsledků empirického výzkumu a závěrem práce je navrhnout zlepšení tohoto motivačního systému, který má velký vliv na zvýšení celkové výkonnosti společnosti	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is familiar with the areas closer to motivate employees. The theoretical section will discuss the main characteristics of employee motivation in the company. Futher develop sources of motivation, evaluation and remuneration of employees and overall, the motivation system. In the practical part of OHL ZS, Inc, and its incentive program.
