Bakalářská práce ?Program rozvoje města Rýmařov? se zabývá vytyčením základního teo-retického rámce regionálního rozvoje. Praktickou část uvádí podrobná socioekonomická charakteristika obce Rýmařov. Na základě této analýzy je zpracována SWOT analýza, kte-rá se zaměřuje na silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. SWOT analýza tvoří podklad pro stanovení vize města, na kterou navazují strategické cíle rozvoje obce včetně stanove-ných priorit a opatření. Určení konkrétních priorit obce je základem realizace projektů. Zvolená priorita je prezentována v katalogu projektů spolu s návrhem na jeho realizaci, fotografickou dokumentací, finanční spoluúčasti města včetně využití možnosti čerpání finančních prostředků z regionálního operačního programu ROP NUTS II Moravskoslez-sko. |

The bachelor thesis ?The Plan of Development of the City of Rýmařov? deals with the layout of the fundamental theoretical frame of the regional development. The practical part starts with detailed socio-economical analysis of the city of Rýmařov. Then the SWOT analysis, which aims at strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, is based on the previous findings. This analysis serves as the base for setting the city?s vision after which the strategic goals of the development of the municipality, including the defined priorities and precautions, proceed. Setting of the specific priorities is the key to the realization of such projects. The chosen priority is presented in the catalogue of the projects altogether with the suggestion of its realization, photographical documentation, and financial partner-ship of the city, including the possibility of exploitation of the financial resources from the regional operational programme ROP NUTS II Moravskoslezsko. |
