Práce se zabývá atopickou dermatitidou jak z dermatologického, tak i z kosmetologického hlediska. Charakterizuje vlastnosti jednotlivých typů kůže. V problematice atopické derma-titidy je zmíněna etiopatogeneze onemocnění, její formy, spouštěcí faktory, lokalizace a také preventivní opatření. V péči o atopickou kůži je popsána zevní terapie zahrnující dermatologickou léčbu, ale je zdůrazněna i vhodnost používání určitých typů kosmetických prostředků. Jednou z dalších možností léčby je fototerapie a systémové terapie. |

This work deals with atopic dermatitis from both dermatological point of view and cosmetological point of view. It characterizes the properties of individual types of skin. The atopic dermatitis chapter mentions the etiopathogenesis of the disease, its forms, trigger factors, localization, and also preventive measures. The atopic skin care chapter describes the external dermatological therapy including dermatological treatments, but it also emphasis the suitability of using certain types of cosmetic products. One of the other treatment options is the phototherapy and the systemic therapy. |
