Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá tímovou prácou a najmä analýzou tímovej práce v spoločnosti Continental Matador Rubber, s.r.o. V teoretickej časti budú popísané základné termíny z oblasti tímovej práce, rozdiel medzi skupinou a tímom, synergický efekt, tímové role a teambuilding. Praktická časť bude obsahovať základné informácie o firme, budú predstavené druhy tímov, ktoré sa v spoločnosti vyskytujú a tiež bude vykonaná analýza tímových rolí na vybrané tímy. V závere budú uvedené návrhy na možné zlepšenia tímovej práce vo firme. |

This Bachelor's thesis deals with teamwork and especially an analysis of teamwork in the company Continental Matador Rubber, s.r.o. In the theoretical part will be described basics terms of teamwork, difference between group and team, synergic effect, team roles and teambuilding. Practical part will be contained basics information about company, will be introduced types of teams that exist in company and also will be realized analysis of team roles to teams which were chosen. In conclusion will be mentioned proposals for the improvement in the company. |
