dc.description.abstract	Předložená bakalářská práce s názvem ?Analýza uplatnění vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství ve firmě Morava Metal, s.r.o.? se zabývá problematikou využití metod prů-myslového inženýrství ve výrobním podniku. Tato práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. První část se zajímá teoretickou rovinou věci a je věnována především definici průmyslového inženýrství, plýtvání a také metodám pro zvý-šení konkurenceschopnosti firmy a s nimi související pojmy. Druhou částí je praktická část, která vychází z teoretické části. Praktická část je věnována základní charakteristice firmy Morava Metal, s.r.o. Poté následuje podrobná analýza současného stavu firmy a potenciál využití metod průmyslového inženýrství ve firmě. Závěr bakalářské práce je věnován zhodnocení a návrhům na zlepšení ve firmě.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work titled ?The aplication of methods of industrial engineering of Morava Metal Ltd. Co.? deals with questions of usage of industrial engineering in manufacturing company. This work is separated into two parts. First part deals with theory and is devoted to the de-finition of industrial engineering, wastes and methods for increasing the competitiveness of firms and related concepts. Second part is focused is practical part which based on the the-oretical part. Practical part is focused basic characteristics of Morava Metal Ltd. This is followed by detailed analysis of the current state of the company and the potential use of industrial engineering methods in the company. The end of project is devoted to the as-sessment and proposals for improvement in the company.	en
