dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou systému vyhľadávania, výberu a príjmu pracovníkov vo firme Freudenberg Filtration Technologies Slovensko, s.r.o. V prvej časti pojednáva o teoretických poznatkoch riešeného problému, o metódach a postupoch z dostupných zdrojov. V praktickej časti je popísaná história spoločnosti, jej súčasná situácia a analýza danej problematiky v spoločnosti. V závere praktickej časti je zhodnotenie súčasného stavu vo firme v danej oblasti a následne na základe teoretických poznatkov sú uvedené návrhy zlepšenia súvisiace s vyhľadávaním, výberom a príjmom pracovníkov a ekonomické zhodnotenie daných návrhov.	cs
