dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je posouzení ekonomiky města Fryštáku formou finanční analýzy. Finanční analýza hodnotí jeho hospodaření v letech 2009-2011. První teoretická část objasňuje pojmy a výrazy týkající se veřejné správy, obcí, obecního rozpočtu v rámci platné legislativy s důrazem na jeho skladbu. Ve druhé praktické části je konkretizována ekonomika obce a zpracována finanční analýza. Na základě této analýzy jsou navržena opatření pro ekonomické řízení města Fryštáku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the economy of the town of Fryšták using the method of financial analysis. This analysis shows the economic activity in the years 2009-2011. The first theoretical part clarifies notions and expressions concerning public administration, communities, a municipal budget in compliance with the legislative with the emphasis on its composition. In the second practical part the economy of the town is concretized and a financial analysis is worked out. Based on the results of this analysis some measures concerning the management of the town of Fryšták are suggested.	en
