dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca v úvode pojednáva o ochrane obyvateľstva pri úniku nebezpečnej látky, o silách a prostriedkoch nasadzovaných na ochranu životov a zdravia ľudí, rieši únik ne-bezpečných látok a ich účinky. V praktickej časti práce sa zaoberá možnosti ochrany oby-vateľstva pri úniku nebezpečnej látky. Cieľom práce bolo zhodnotiť súčasný stav Považ-skej Bystrice v prípade vzniku mimoriadnej udalosti na diaľničnom moste a priniesť návr-hy na zlepšenie tejto situácie.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis in the introduction deals with the protection of the population in the release of a hazardous substance, the forces and means deployed to protect the lives and health, addressing leakage of hazardous substances and their effects. In the practical part is dedica-ted to the possibility of protection of the population, the release of a hazardous substance, hiding the economy and result arising from the leakage of dangerous goods. The goal was to assess the current state of Považská Bystrica in the event of an emergency on the moto-rway bridge and bring suggestions to improve this situation.	en
